I have 225 60 16 on 2006 impala will 235 70
16 be a problem

The 235/70's will be a good bit taller than what you have now.

Those may be alittle too tall for a impala

I had put a p 235 70 r16 on my 2008 Chevy Impala left rear tire. Mount it up fine at the gas station but as I was driving away there was hordes of smoke coming out of my fender well. The tire was rubbing the bottom of the strut. So I moved it to the front and it didn't rub. Thks
