Question type: Car Customization

I plan on putting a 350 vortec out of a
97 yukon in my 1980 Pontiac
Bonneville. What would be the best
and easiest way to go by doing this:
should I change the wiring harness
and change my car to fuel injection?
or should I change the intake and go
