You're asking how to "hot-wire" a modern car. Can be done, just have to strip out all the modules that contain the immobilizer programming and replace them with aftermarket modules, should cost you around 3-4X the cost of a new set of chipped keys & programming.

This company sells a bypass box that will bypass the security feature. You can then "Hot Wire" it to see if it runs. You can then actually remove the box and use it on other vehicles for the same purpose, or to eliminate a faulty or broken security feature.
