I assume they are in the engine, all you have to do is cycle the key 3 to 4 times, like on 2 seconds, off for 5 seconds, on for 2 off for 5, then crank for 10 seconds and that's it. Fuel system is purged. If it doesn't fire and run then something else is shutting either the fuel or spark off, possibly the security system, especially if the battery has been disconnected recently.
