Question type: Maintenance & Repair

No lists for the GM V6 2.8L 3.1L engine. Is it a
valve interference type engine? I think yes?

Yes! I replaced the worn out timing chain that slipped on the crankshaft sprocket due to a broken chain glide side. Sadly no compression found hence bent valves due to piston interference. The engine is now junk!
