hard start when cold

car very hard to start when cold,once started can immediately restart. new plugs air cleaner, timed, fuel filter, fuel pump. what gives, I am stumped.

I would replace the cold idle air valve and that should fix it. Also buy yourself a Haynes service manual or something from your local parts house for instructions.
