86 D21 2wd. No lights, no electrical anything when starting

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Do they come on after the engine has started? For anything electrical my first check is the fuse grid to see if it shorted. You can tell a good fuse from a bad one if the filament is still connected. if a fuse is blown look at the number on the face of it and you can pick up replacements at any auto shop and even some gas stations.
