Electrical Turn signals

Put new batter y and starter on, now turn signals wont work, dash lites come
on only when in reverse back up lites and turn signals when used buzz. Also
emergency flasher when used buzz and draws down power But car runs in
drive just fine w/o turn signals or flashers or back up lites, assume all on same
line.? What gives withe buzzing noise sizzling noise, whats frying ?
