i gave my brother my audi q7 for a weekend n i told him to get oil change, and instead of sintatic oil y put regular oil and now is making funy noises i would like to know what i should do, thank you

i let my lil bro borrow my car for a weekend, n i told him the car needed oil change and instead of sintatic oil he ended putting regular oil, and now the car is making funy noises, i would like to know what i hould do?

Nothing... Synthetic Oil and "Regular" oil matter less than the cars ability to filter out contaminates in the oil. Cheap oil with a good filter is better than Expensive Synthetic Oil and a cheap filter. If your car is making funny noises. It could be that he put the wrong weight or amount of oil in your car. Get another oil change, with correct oil weight and amount and a really good filter (bosch) and that should solve your problem... Make your bro pay for it.

Should not have made much difference. If it worries you then have it drained and have the synthetic oil added.
