My'07 RX350 has a diagnostic code P0352 "ignition coil" & P0300Cylinder 1-6 misfire so what does this mean to drivability & will a tune up take care of this?

Tune up will not fix the P0302, that means that coil #2 is not responding, either it's disconnected, or bad coil. The other code of P0300 may clear by repairing the first one. If it's been a while since last tune up, then you need to do that too.
