My Lexus shut down on me this morning. What happened?

4 door 2007 black Lexus just bought it 2 months ago from a dealership. I jumped it with my portable charger thingy and got halfway down the street and boom everything shuts down no dashboard, no air, no lights, nothing please help me?

Don't try jumping 21st Century cars- they are electronic marvels from another universe- putting electrical charges into the engine compartment may have worked 50 years ago when the only risk was some blown diodes in the alternator maybe- hopefully you didn't fry the whole electrical system in your car-

Sounds like the battery might be dead. Get the battery charged and tested, also have the charging system tested. Most local auto parts stores can provide those services free of charge.
