Teana jk230 j31

I have a teana 2007 jk230 j31.. and the center
panel where the ac controller isn't working.. the ac
comes on when it starts and the deck come on
also but the controller noobs and screen not
function.. it lights up when i put on lights but
doesn't adjust anything.. I have tried changing it
but all gave the same problem please help me .. is
something missing or what ?? I put a pic of the ac
controller box

It's one like this.. but the screen doesn't come on also even when i replace they entire panel all giving the same problem...
