I replaced the battery on my 2007 Cadillac Escalade but I cross connected The positive cable to the negative and now the car will not show any signs of power to it

Cadillac Escalade after correcting the connections it still

Well hopefully all you did was blow some main fuses, Check the maxi fuses first, just check fuses. Hopefully you did not damage the computer.

There’s a main fuse just right of the battery on the firewall. There’s a red power lead coming from the battery power red + terminal that goes to the main fuse. It’s mounted with 2 10mm nuts fastened to the power lead going to the fuse box. The blown fuse is NOT in the fuse box on the drivers side inner fender.
