Engine revs after starting

After recently replacing the clutch, my 88 Jett has started to pulsate rev from 1500 to 2500
RPMs when first started up. it seems to stop after being warm for about 10 min but it has
never done this previous to the clutch replacement.  I just need a starting point to try and
diagnose. My first thought is something with the choke and possible vacuum lines. Thanks.

Figured out what was wrong. Found out that the revving only occurs when the heater is set to defrost. That narrows it down to the vacuum lines associated with the defrost.
