1973 Beetle

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My 1973 Beetle was blowing fuses.  My mechanic said I need a new emergency flasher switch that they don't make anymore.  He can't find one anyway.  I hoped we could disconnect it but he said there are about 10 wires going to it.  Any suggestions.  My son in law put new taillights on before this started happening.

You can check it in mamotorworks.com they have enough parts for vw.Or check mit at thesamba.com
