Tire size change out.

I have a 1989 Jeep Cherokee Lerado w/ stock suspention and LT 215/75/15 tires. I'm wanting to switch out to a 235/75/15 tire. Is there any reason I can not do this with this truck/wheels/suspention?

On my 99 cherokee, when it was completely stock, I had 30x9.50x15s. there was a slight bit of rubbing but nothing serious.
