Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Okay I have replaced the thermostat, ran tests on
the heater core, hoses are fine fans are fine.water
pump is fine. What else could make my car run
hot? Only runs hot when your going 70 75, blows
warm air but not hot.

Sounds like a coolant circulation problem. You may have air trapped in the cooling system. HTH. -Jim

You may have a bleeder screw on the thermostat housing or at another point in the cooling system. If not, your mechanic should have a tool to pull the cooling system into a vacuum before refilling it. HTH. -Jim
