when i turn my parking lights on headlights come on too, when i turn headlights on the headlights get brighter parking lights stay on, already tried new switch done the same with old and new switch. any ideas on what else to  check.

You have lost a ground somewhere in that circuit,,, get a meter and start at the headlights ... take a wire from the negative battery terminal and look at where the GREEN wire is attached to the frame ,,, touch the negative wire to that point until you see the lights brighten
