I put a quarter of 2 cycle engine oil in my car? Will that make any damage to the car's engine??

Depends on where you put it. Is it spilled on the floor? You may find it is not good for the carpet. Did you put it in the fuel tank? It may smoke a bit for a while, but shouldn't hurt it. Did you put it in the engine? If you did, drain that shit out and replace the oil and oil filter. 2 cycle engine oil is designed to be dispersed in petrol, and has a higher ignition point. It does not actually lubricate well under pressure, which is why crank bearings are roller ball types and top end bearings are roller rods types in 2 cycle engines, it is not a lubricant as a concentrate. It has no viscosity and will not remain on parts bearing high pressure or inertia such as crank pins, bigend bearings, cam lobes etc.
