how do i change the starter on a 1985 dodge shelby glh turbo

i can see it but it is under motor and hard to get to

i got out everything but the only ones i cant get to is the bolt on the exhaust manifold and 2 on the starter just need to kno how to get the bolt i cant get to off the maifold
