Please don't ruin another Charger making those GL clones. There are enough already. Be yourself and original!

I am mostly being myself I am A Trans am guy I have a 80,86 and 96 TA in my collection. The only reason were getting a charger is for the General Lee. It will be a lower end charger not a 40K plus car. It's just a paint job once you get the front and rear right. The more I look at the 70 Charger it looks like the hood, the fenders, the gril and the bumper would all need the be changed to make it look like a 69. I'm thinking it needs more work and parts than I'd want to spend to convert it, am I right or will a 69 bumper and grill bolt on and look right.

I don't know for sure. I think the 68-69 would be interchangable, but they done quite a few things different in '70.
