dear kale63-- My favorite pricing source, www.nadaguides, says that this 1997 Mercedes S320 is worth between $10,500 and $13,800. Deduct for high miles and this car still seems worth the money. Remember, however, that these are expensive cars to repair. I would have a good mechanic check it for you before you complete the deal. It's always better to be safe than sorry.
