Emergency shut off

It wont start i put gas but it dies out emergency shut off
switch

No shut off switch. Sounds like you have a fuel vapor purge system problem, possibly a valve stuck partially open allowing fuel and not just the vapor in the system and causing a engine fuel flood condition. Best have a professional check it out as you don't want to mess with combustible fuel vapor, any stray spark or static discharge and your on fire.
