where is transmission oil pan located

I'm trying to change transmission oil but don't know where the pan is .

the transmission pan is on the bottom of the transmission. it may or may not have a drain plug. you may have to remove the pan. doing that you wont get all the fluid out. probably about 75% though. best thing to do is get a flush done that way it gets all the fluid and you wont have to screw around with it on the ground and make a mess.

I put about a1/2 cup maybe little more brake fluid in my transmission by mistake. will that harm my transmission?

No I dont think 1/2 a cup would. There is enough trans fluid to make that irrelevant in my opnion.
