where do i put power steering fluid in and what kind

sometimes when i turn the steering wheel,it makes noise

there is a reservoir under the hood- make sure the engine is off, then look for a small reservoir with a fan belt attached to it- this fan belt "pumps it up"- it should have a twist top- unscrew it and you can look into it and see the fluid- the cap might have a dipstick attached to measure how much fluid should be in it, much like an oil dipstick- while you are under the hood, familiarize yourself with all the other fluid checking points- always keep your little car wet
