where is the oil filter on a 93 eurovan?

It is near the oil pan but I believe in front of it. I believe you have to take the underbelly plate off 1st. You will need an Allen wrench to release the oil out of it and then use a wrench to take the plastic oil filter cover off. It is not a normal oil filter. This one has a housing and you replace the cardboard filter and put the filter cover on.
