heavy gas smell inside and outside my 95 jetta

the smell persists even after the car is off

this is bad...you want to have this fixed immediately...not only is gas expensive like hell, is not healthy, bad for the environment and can be corrected...what we must do is find the source of the leak....you might change the fuel filter, that way have a way to find out where it is leaking from~

Do i need to take it to the dealer or any repairshop will do it
