What does your mechanic say? You must have a mechanic- to help you figure out the service schedule to keep that thing running- generally, the cam belt should be replaced every 30-50 thousand miles depending on who did it last, if they got the tension right, if you cam gears are getting worn out and chewing up the belt, etc. etc. find a GOOD mechanic/garage- there is no substitute for a good eyeball under the hood- and even tho my crystal ball is workin' pretty good today, It is no match for a really good wrench drivin' your car around and tellin' you what it needs-
