where do I find the area to put transmission fluid in a 2001 passat

Passat transmission have sealed case because they want dealer to do the maintance, you need a specail tool in order to put fluid back in via hole on the bottom of the Transmission case

Is the access to the Trans case through the oil level sensor on the bottom of the oil pan? This is what this pic looks like it is showing me. My son bottomed out the car on a manhole cover. I replaced the sensor and that seemed to work and then my water pump went out $1200 repair. Now the the trans fluid is leaking or has leaked out and I cannot find a place to add fluid? Craziest thing I have ever seen? No place to add fluid?
