Asked by Ugjackie Jul 18, 2015 at 08:16 AM about the 2006 Volkswagen Beetle

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

2006 VW Bug was running fine.  I filled the tank with gas and it immediately started
coughing do sputtering.   Do I need to just deal with it until the gas is used?  I did dd a

Never heard of that product before Heat is it an octane booster or for water in gas but yes that is about all you can do ride it out. May eventually went to change out the fuel filter.

If water was the problem a can of Heet might resolve it.
