It feels like its slipping gears , i try to accelerate
and it bogs out and literally feels like its pulsating
to shift , normally right after it down shifts from
any gear

Are you sure it's not your throttle position sensor sometimes they will make it seem like you have other issues but it turns out to be the throttle position sensor. it's controlling your throttle and it's electronic and it could make it seem like the idols going real High or real low and play games at the throttle pedal as far as I understand it.
