1998 Saturn sw2 station wagon

Car was stolen did significant damage to
use key switch bypassed it to start it did
mind a little black starter box started
smoking and melted plastic on one of the
wires a little bit only installed new ignition
switch things seem to be okay well I was
driving it came home parked it turned it off
would not start anymore it's getting no spark
I've changed the starter I've flush the
radiator putting coolant change the oil
change the coil and gaugers new interior
filter like I say it's like to bring the car battery
you name it I'm just about done it is there
any possible way it could be the fuel pump
please show me

okay the fan modulator went out in it on the fuse box I put a wire from the b battery from the the fan to the one she just told my sister to turn on the key when the key turns on the fan should turn on and when she turns it off if you turn off and it did but then me and my brother was out there I actually pulled on the wire from the fan and disconnected it and the car died wouldn't want to fire back that replaced it and it fired back up drove it around the blockand parked it and everything seemed to be okay turned it off when in the house gave the keys to my sister went back out would not start
