98 cavalier 2.3 twin cam engine 4cil
99 Saturn SL2
Would the 2.3 fit in the Saturn.

The 2.3L is a Quad 4 (pre Twin cam) the 98 has a 2.4L Twin Cam. It would "fit" but I believe that Saturn used it's own unique bell housing pattern before the Ecotec, you would need to swap the tranny and I'm sure there would be other custom work required.
