My car is revving really high when I start the car
and it's not cold outside. And by really high i meam
on a 2000 saturn sl it starts at 3000 and continues
to rise and i can find the problem

This problem is usually associated with a bad EGR or PCV Valve and replacing them will usually fix the idle issue. They are both really inexpensive to buy and pretty easy to fix. There are a number of videos on youtube! I hope this helps!
