My 2003 9-3 Saab won’t start

HELP!! My Saab will not start! Before I replaced anything
my car wouldn’t start at all, not even dashboard light
coming on.. I replaced my starter and battery. Now I get
lights and a clicking noise when I try to start it but it still
won’t start all the way. I’m stressed and need help!

Have you checked the fuel pump? Does your tachometer move when you turn the engine over?
