EGR block off plate

I just installed a new exhaust header and the egr pipe doesn't fit it.  I ended up cutting off the egr pipe, removing the egr valve and putting a blockoff plate on.  My question is what do I need to do with the vacuum lines that were coming out of the valve?thanks so much!!
