Battery or alternator

Recently our 2004 rx8 has been giving us issues.
We have a BRAND new battery and alternator.  Had
the battery tested and its fine. Charged and held
charge. When it was out back in the car to start it
nothing happened. No lights or anything only clicks
under the hood. The battery was dead again. I'm
assuming it is the alternator draining the battery
but what do I know, right?. Need a little help
figuring out the issue.
