Check charging system cam on,dash operations went dead, then battery blew up?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Cbeck charging system came on. Dash cluster and windows would not
operate unless at stand still. Battery blew up in trunk.??????

So I change the alternator new battery still have the problem with check charge system. What should I do next?
