Need to know because I am looking at GMC Sierras for sale  but I am not a
expert in cars or trucks so i do not know what the C3 means or what it
includes in the truck other th

The GMC sierra c3 was the first full size truck to be offered with all wheel drive. This truck featured alot of the same aspects you have on denali, Only offered in extended cab, and 6.0 (lq4) option engine. This really is a great truck a little bit of a rare find now.
