1992 e250 fuel pump removal and reset

i install a new fuel pump on a 1992 ford E250 now its trying to stall when gas is applied, its trying to stall

The fuel reset switch is located in the foot well on the passenger side on the right (near where the passengers feet would be.) There is a small plastic panel that covers the switch, if you remove that you should see the fuel reset switch.
