filler neck leaks when i put gas in but don't leak after filled van sets to low to get under so how can i replace fill hose

bought the van used and finding things wrong , gas only leaks when i put gas
in after that its dry and not leaking so i think its the fill hose but don't find how
to remove it the van sets to low and the air lift on back hoses are melted so it
won;t lift.

From what I am reading replacing the hose is not a big deal, its getting your hand it there to remove the hose. So most are saying that you will need to drop the tank somewhat to be able to get your hand in to make the repair..

thank you for answering the garage said its just the metal is coroded in two so i have to replace the metal part which should be farely easy
