Have you tested crank sensor and camshaft sensors?

No I mean maybe the guy working on it has xhecked many things... There is no power or spark coming from anything.. He is baffled and im 400 dollars out in parts all non returnable being a fuel pump ignition coil and module... Even with connecting straight to fuel pump via wire this thing wont turn over

Both of these parts I listed can shut off your spark. There is a test for these so you are not replacing good parts. Also check your inertia switch which cuts off your fuel pump. It is by the passenger foot area on right wall. This is a quick check item.
