They tend to hide these some times. I have found the best way(for me anyways) to find the fuse boxes in conversion vans is to climb under van and look around the frame rail for where two large battery cables are coming thru the floor. Sometimes its right behind the drivers seat against the outside wall. Others are toward the rear of the van. But if you find the battery cables going thru by the frame rail you are close. Now keep in mind some will not have an access panel to get to them you might have to take apart some of the interior decorations(cup holder box, ice chest box, magazine holder, ect.) in order to get to them. Hope this helps.

In my 1996 Ford E150 Waldoch Conversion Van there is a nice wooden panel box between the drivers seat and the seat behind the driver. Fuses-O-Plenty in there! Along with relays etc. Anyway, Fuses for Seat, ONE of the Radios is in there. Perhaps a dumb question/suggestion for you. My power seat needs some assistance from time to time, while holding the switch pushing the seat gets it going. But I'm assuming even when the seat didn't move you just continued to hold the switch down, blowing the fuse.
