Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My 1997 F250 stalls or will not start a lot of times.  I need to pinpoint the problem and was wondering if anyone has had the same issues.  If so, will you please give me some suggestions.  I would deeply appreciate any advice that you may have to give.

Maybe you need to tune it up. Diesel or gas?
