The oil pressure gauge on my 1999 350 one ton dually is running about 3/8" from the H. Do I need to be concerned about this?

The arrow on the oil pressure gauge is pointing at about the 3/4 mark on the gauge toward the H.  Is this something I need to be concerned with?  If so, what might be wrong?
