Your truck came with two gas engine options and they both have a fuel pressure regulator that is mounted along the fuel line under the hood. If you look the part up online, you will know what it looks like and will be easier to located. Make sure your fuel pump or fuel filter is not the problem. The third engine option is the diesel Power Stroke. The injector pressure on diesels is preset at the injector pump and there is not external regulator.
