sounds like your ECU malfunctioning, my advice to you is to find a specialist qualified technician to diagnose your automobiles malfunctioning ECU by plugging in to a diagnostics tester
The instrument cluster can fail. I had mine repaired by a company in Joplin, MO. auto tech rescue.
It happpened to me. Simply was the ground terminal(black) on my battery was loose.
