Ford f250 2004 super duty desile

So my brother borrowed muy truck to
tow some one and parked it and now
won't start. For a starter they put it in
and when we turn the key all the dash
bored lights come on then nothing
when you try turn the engine on??
Please help

Have you tried jump starting it? Battery might be low enough not to crank but still enough juice for lights.
