94 dodge diesel starts then stalls when key is released from starting position

i replaced ignition switch electronics --did not help-- towed to repair shop after getting the correct wiring diagram and some testing they found that it would run as long as they manually held the plunger on fuel injection .testing showed that the run circuit located in the fuel shutoff solenoid itself was faulty . this is a $500 part so do not replace without doing your diagnostic .
