Also i would like to know how to get
the np-231d transmission to shift
with the original 96 dodge range
selector, i don't know if i have to use
the long shift linkage with short plate
(that bolts to transfercase) or the
short linkage with long plate ext.

Its the np-231d i also would you have any idea why the transmission would have a steady tick? It ticked before i mixed the fluid.
